About this product

Multi-Voice Dynamic Microphone with Built-In Optional 48V Class A Preamp

Aston Stealth — Four-Voice Dynamic Broadcast Microphone

The Aston Stealth is the TEC Award-winning dynamic that rewrote what a broadcast and studio dynamic could be — four discrete voicings in one body, an internal Class A preamp, and exceptional off-axis rejection. Used by broadcasters, podcasters, vocalists, and engineers who need one mic that handles every job in the room.

Four Voices, Four Discrete Signal Paths

The voice switch on the body selects between Vocal 1, Vocal 2, Guitar, and Dark — each a fully discrete analogue signal path voiced by the Aston 33 panel of producers and engineers. No EQ presets, no modelling DSP. The voicings are decided at the source, not at the desk.

Active or Passive, Automatically

The Stealth detects 48 V phantom and engages its internal Class A preamp, lifting output by up to 50 dB without the noise penalty of an outboard gain stage. Pull the phantom and it falls back to a high-quality passive dynamic. A proprietary Sorbothane internal shock mount and a stainless steel Faraday cage handle vibration and electromagnetic interference.

In the Studio and on the Air

Broadcast hosting, podcasting, voice-over, lead vocals, electric guitar cabinets, brass. The dynamic that can stay in front of the host all day and then track lead vocals at night without a second mic going up.
