Dawsons Music & Sound team up with Aston Mics and Yamaha Music Europe for Db20!

Category :

As an intrinsic member of the music community for over 120 years, the team at Dawsons Music & Sound Ltd want to play their part in offering hope for young artists during this period of uncertainty.

In partnership with Yamaha Music Europe and ASTON Microphones, the Db20 by Studio D competition aims to seek out and link up like-minded young musicians and ignite the creative spark that comes through musical collaboration.

Young artists aged 18 to 24 years old from across the UK & Ireland are invited to submit original compositions across a selection of instruments including Vocals, Guitar, Bass, Keys, Drums, and Brass/Wind.

Entries will be made in the form of 1-minute video performances, which will then be reviewed by members of the Dawsons Music & Sound Ltd team. From these entries, 12 finalists will be chosen where 6 winners will be determined by a panel of judges.
